Tuesday – Thursday | 3 Days Per Week 09:00 - 18:00 - 24 Hours per week

Catch 22 are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious hotel group for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join their facilities team based in SE1, London. You must be available for training this coming Monday also (This will be paid)

This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused and highly organised individual with facilities management experience who is looking for a part-time position within a professional and fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Helpdesk Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for facilities-related queries, ensuring maintenance requests and service issues are logged, tracked, and resolved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing incoming facilities requests via phone, email, and helpdesk systems
• Logging, allocating, and monitoring work orders
• Liaising with engineers, contractors, and site teams
• Updating stakeholders on the progress of maintenance activities
• Producing reports and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring service requests are completed within agreed timescales
• Delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

About You

• Previous experience in a Facilities Helpdesk, Facilities Coordinator, or Maintenance Helpdesk role
• Strong understanding of facilities management and maintenance processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and CAFM/helpdesk systems
• Able to prioritise workloads and work effectively in a busy environment
