We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Multi‑Trade Maintenance Operative to support one of our busy student accommodation sites in Leicester.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Re‑sealing shower trays
• Repairing broken drawers and general furniture fixes
• Carrying out day‑to‑day maintenance tasks across the site
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Responding to general reactive maintenance issues

• Previous experience in maintenance or multi‑trade roles
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
