Catch 22 are supporting leading UK FM companies in hiring Electricians to work across commercial sites in the Midlands.

These are permanent roles, paying a salary of up to £40,000 with rare on on call. 

Key Requirements:

• Experience with PPMs and reactive electrical maintenance
• Electrical qualifications (18th Edition, 2391, 2360 preferred)
• FM/building services maintenance background
• Ability to carry out installations
• Full driving licence
• Strong communication and proactive attitude
• Willingness to support small install projects and wider building services tasks
• Team-focused with commitment to ongoing development
