Catch 22 Recruitment delighted to be partnered with a market leading professional services firm in order to support in their search for a Facilities Director to join their Senior Leadership Team. The role will be based from their office in Leeds, West Yorkshire.  

 

The Facilities Director is responsible for the strategic leadership and management of the firm’s property and estate portfolio across the UK and Europe. This role ensures that office environments are fit for purpose, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs. The Facilities Director will oversee office moves, space planning, and workplace strategy while driving the firm’s environmental objectives, including the goal of achieving net-zero across all locations.

 

Key Deliverables:

Property & estate management: Oversee the strategic management of all office locations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.

Office moves & space planning: Lead all aspects of office relocations, refurbishments, and reconfigurations, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal disruption to business operations.

Environmental & sustainability leadership: Develop and implement strategies to achieve the firm's net-zero objectives, working with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives.

Supplier & vendor management: Oversee relationships with property landlords, service providers, and facilities management partners, ensuring excellence and cost-effectiveness.

Health, safety & compliance: Ensure all office locations comply with local regulatory requirements and best practices for health, safety, and workplace standards.

Budget & cost control: Manage facilities budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality workplace environments.

Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with senior leadership, department heads, and local office teams to ensure facilities strategies support overall business goals.

Team leadership & development: Lead, support, and develop the Facilities team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and commercially minded culture

 

The ideal candidate will be a facilities leader with a strong track record in managing multi-location property portfolios internationally. You will demonstrate expertise in office relocations, refurbishments, and workplace design and have deep understanding of environmental sustainability strategies/ experience in delivering net-zero initiatives. Due to the nature of the role, you will be a strong communicator and be able to work collaboratively across various departments.

 

In return, our client is offering a salary up to £75,000 per annum + bonus + other benefits
