Job Description

Catch 22 are working with an Education provider who are on the lookout for a Temp Caretaker based in NW2 

Working hours- 0730am-1700pm 

£13 an hour 

Duties include;

• Minor repairs to windows, radiators, lights, taps, walls and floors 
• Maintain gutters, down pipes, drains and gulleys 
• Minor roof repairs 
• Collecting goods on premises 
• Remove snow,leaves and ice by shoveling and sweeping walkways, parking areas and driveways 
• General decoration and painting duties 
• Keep log of all maintenance functions and repairs performed 
• Inspections of equipment and systems and report any hazards 

Must have Enhanced DBS check
