Temp Facilities Manager (3 months+), London SE23, c£41,675 pro rata
A well-known museum and charity, based in the Forest Hill area of South-East London, is recruiting a facilities manager for a 3 month fixed term contract (with possible extensions). The interim FM will cover whilst a permanent FM is recruited – and can, of course, apply for the permanent role.
The FM is responsible for a team of hard and soft facilities operatives and contractors, ensuring the site is clean, well maintained and, above all, safe for staff and visitors.
The organisation are located in a historic building and gardens and experience of working within listed buildings is highly advantageous.
Occasional out of hours on-call requirement.
One Saturday p/month as duty manager (with time off in lieu). One day during the week also as Duty Manager (hours 09.30 to 17.30)
Normal working hours: 8 to 4pm, (can be flexible between 7.30 and 9am start)
Minimum 3 years’ experience working as an FM and an IOSH or Nebosh H&S qualification is essential.
A pro rata salary of £41675 is offered along with a great working environment!
