Interim Facilities Manager (3-4 months min), London SW1, c£50k pro rata
Our client holds the lease on a large commercial office building in Pimlico. There are two tenants.
They require a facilities/ building manager to lead a small team including reception, postroom, maintenance and a facilities assistant and security. It’s a mix of direct employees and contractors.
You will manage the team and ensure that hard and soft services are delivered to the tenants to a high standard.
You will also manage some meeting rooms and will occasionally need to be hands on in their set up.
Applicants need to be available for immediate start.
A pro rata salary of c£50k is offered. Employment can be via agency as a temp or direct with fixed term contract. Not a hybrid role.
