Key responsibilities include managing on-site staff and contractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, leading service charge budgeting, and acting as the primary point of contact for residents, leaseholders, and external stakeholders. The role also involves coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance, overseeing procurement, and supporting community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of building and estate management operations. An IOSH Managing Safely qualification is preferred.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing leases, space utilisation, and estates strategy across a range of healthcare sites. Working closely with internal teams, clients, and public sector partners, the Property Manager will help optimise estate performance, drive business development, and deliver high-quality property services.

The role combines site-based, office, and occasional home working, and includes mentoring junior staff, overseeing governance and financial processes, and supporting senior leadership in delivering estate initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage leases, occupation agreements, and space usage to ensure legal compliance and efficient estate use
• Support and mentor junior staff while deputising for senior estate leads when required
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, and governance across estates functions
• Act as a key client contact, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, promoting the organisation’s services

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in estates or property management, ideally in a senior role
• Experience in healthcare estates and an understanding of sector-specific compliance (desirable but not essential)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
• Full UK driving licence and own transport required
• MRICS or relevant master’s degree (advantageous)
• Available immediately or on short notice preferred

The purpose of the Duty Manager Nights role is to take responsibility for operational delivery for the night shifts at the site in line with our clients objectives of delivering a first-class customer experience at the site.

As part of a team of duty managers with full operational responsibility for the delivery of exceptional customer service and Operational Delivery standards, you will have direct line management responsibility for the onsite Soft Services teams.

Facilities Manager, Central London (WC1 and N1), c£47k (some flexibility) plus benefits

Catch 22 are helping a client recruit a Facilities Manager to be responsible for FM services at 2 x high end, mixed use estates (residential, commercial and retail) in London WC1and N1.

The FM will manage hard and soft facilities services at multiple buildings/ terraces and will lead on projects to enhance the buildings and environment.

We are looking for an individual, ideally with some residential FM experience and strong communication skills, who can take a lead on implementing improvements to the portfolio whilst building strong relationships with residents, shop/ restaurant owners and FM service partners/ contractors.

There are approx. 125 apartments and 35 independent retail units within the WC1 portfolio and 65 apartments in N1. It is beautiful and historic part of central London with independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.

A background in Facilities and Estates Management is essential, as are first class communication, customer service and project management skills.

A salary of up to £47k is offered with some flexibility and package.

The Facilities Account Manager will provide exceptional relationship management with the client, implement efficiency improvements, ensuring operational compliance whilst motivating a team of facilities staff.

This is a permanent, single site role in center of Manchester paying a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 that would be ideal for a Senior Facilities Manager, Operations Manager or Contracts Manager. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Management and development of site based teams
• Drive and manage the commercial aspects of contracts to ensure profitability and value for money.
• Maintain a consistent, high-quality service delivery across all FM operations, including both soft and hard services.
