Director of Workplace and Property, Central London, c£110k, 25% bonus, full package

Our client, a well know media brand is recruiting a Director of Workspace & Property.

Based at the head office and studios in central London your remit extends to 20+ regional offices, studios and warehouses.

Your responsibilities include workspace strategy, facilities management, lease and property portfolio oversight, capital projects, health and safety compliance, financial management, and leadership of an in-house FM team of c15 staff and a multitude of hard and soft FM and catering contractors. Responsibilities are both fast paced, day to day operations as well as strategic.

We are looking for a dynamic individual with broad FM and property management experience, sound technical knowledge and exceptional people and influencing skills.
