M&E Services Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract – 15 months - £37,300 p/a plus benefits

Our client is a globally respected, not-for-profit, organisation. They are offering an amazing opportunity to join their in-house facilities management team as an M&E Services Co-ordinator.

The M&E Services Coordinator (mechanical and electrical) will support the delivery of Hard Services to the Head Office building in Kings Cross/ Euston. This role will support the M&E Services Manager with the management of the M&E contractor.

You will be auditing/ making physical checks around the building to ensure that planned maintenance has been carried out and recorded. You will investigate, collate and cascade information to the appropriate persons.

The priority for this role is enabling the operation and maintenance of the M&E services ensuring that all related administration systems and services are safe and meet quality and regulatory requirements.

You will also cover for the M&E Services Manager during absences.

We need a switched on individual with good knowledge of facilities management and M&E/ technical building services. A strong administrator with attention to detail.

A health and safety and a technical qualification is preferred but not essential. An understanding of FM and a willingness to learn is essential. Our client can fund IOSH managing safely if you don’t already have the qualification.

The salary band is £37,300 but you are able to convert 10% of the generous 15% pension contribution to wages (so potential salary of £41031). Full corporate benefits package too!
