Position: Caretaker

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Inspect and address maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized work.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent issues.
• Keep records of maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks.
• Basic DBS within last 12 months.
