We're looking to speak to skilled Building Maintenance Technicians to join a reactive repairs team delivering high-quality maintenance works across occupied residential properties throughout Greater London and North London.

There are multiple positions available across several locations, making this a great opportunity for experienced tradespeople looking for a long-term role with a busy and growing business.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carrying out reactive repairs and general building maintenance
• Delivering first-time fixes across a range of trade disciplines
• Working closely with residents and providing excellent customer service
• Using mobile technology to manage jobs and complete reports
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard

Ideal Candidate

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a relevant trade (Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Decorating, Bricklaying, Groundworks or similar)
• Multi-trade maintenance experience
• Knowledge of social housing or residential maintenance environments
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience using PDA or mobile job management systems
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

The Role
As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for a wide range of gardening and landscaping duties, ensuring all works are completed to the highest standard and in line with health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe use and handling of gardening equipment and petrol-powered machinery
• Grounds maintenance tasks such as mowing, hedge cutting, pruning, trimming, planting, irrigation, de-weeding and garden clearances
