Catch 22 are working with a property investment and management company who are seeking a dynamic Facilities Manager to oversee the hard services on a large retail and office space in Leeds City Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall management of maintenance activities in a retail centre and office space, managing contracts covering areas such as M&E services, landscaping, and other outsourced services.
- Hands-on supervision of PPM’s and repair work to ensure standards are met, including the ability to "roll sleeves up" when necessary.
- Responsible for Health and Safety compliance, policies and procedures - IOSH/NEBOSH preferred.
- Supervise contractors and review Risk Assessment and Method Statements for on-site work.
- Prepare and review reports and ensuring accurate records on CAFM system (Horizon).
- Conduct tenant inspections and site visits, maintaining strong relationships and communication with stakeholders.
- Manage small budgets and contribute to the tendering process with a strong commercial understanding.
- Lead and oversee the work of the Assistant Facilities Manager, providing guidance and support.
This is a permanent 40 hour contract with a salary of around £35,000 but open for the right candidate.
