Role: School Cleaner

Contract: Temporary - up until 11th February for now (could be extended)

Hours: Monday to Friday - Split Shift from7.00am to 9.00am and 15:15pm to 18:45pm

Pay: £10ph

Catch22 is on the lookout for an experienced cleaner, on behalf of a Secondary School based in Harrow (HA3). The postholder will be working on-site Monday to Friday. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cleaner looking for a split shift, and available to start immediately.

The Role

  • Responsible of the general cleaning of several classrooms in a timely manner.
  • Responsible of hoovering and mopping communal areas, including stairs.
  • Disinfecting desks & collecting bins.
  • Thoroughly cleaning toilets.
  • Always ensuring adherence to COSHH and Health and Safety regulations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • To have a minimum of 1-year cleaning experience, ideally in a school.
  • To have an updated Enhanced DBS; The postholder is subject to a clear Enhanced DBS.
  • To be responsible, committed and to have clear and transparent communication
  • To be able to work in a fast-paced environment with an eye for details.
  • To be able to travel to Harrow is essential.
