Our client, a large independent property management organisation, is recruiting a Building Manager to manage a large commercial building (100,000 Sq/f) in Central Leeds. The role covers both hard and soft services with the key areas of responsibility being compliance, health & safety and contractor management. You will have an IOSH Managing Safely certificate, a good understanding of statutory requirements, tenant requirements and strong communication skills.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday and there will be management responsibilities for contractors and staff operating outside of these hours. There is a robust network within the organisation to support the FM at all times and the position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your FM skills and progress within the business.
The Client is offering a salary up to £35,000 per annum plus other benefits.
