Our client, a leading national provider of health and fitness clubs is recruiting a facilities and maintenance manager for the north/ south London region.
The position leads the maintenance team in delivering exceptional facilities across a diverse region, ensuring the day to day operation of a clubs and give or members an excellent experience 7 days a week.
As a Regional Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the property management strategy. You will ensure that best practices are followed to ensure maximum efficiency. You will lead and manage a team of mixed skill level operatives, on a daily basis, who will in turn support your role’s success. You will also manage and measure specialist contractors, ensuring quality and value for money. Ultimately you will ensure that the property assets are at all times maintained at an exceptional level for members.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, skilled and motivated leader with strong background in FM and Maintenance, ideally gained in a health and fitness/ leisure/ hotel setting. An IWFM level 4 and technical/ M&E/ HVAC qualification is required and Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) is preferred.
A salary of c£45k is offered with car allowance and attractive benefits package.
