Our client, a well-known organisation in the creative arts, is recruiting an Assistant Facilities Manager. Initially a fixed term contract is offered to end March 2025, although the position is likely to become permanent.
The Assistant FM will work as part of a team managing the delivery of hard and soft services and H&S compliance over 3 sites in central London.
2 of the 3 building are leading entertainment venues and have public access. The third site is offices.
We are looking for an individual with good knowledge of both hard and soft FM services. Someone who is able to work autonomously, able to use initiative, identify and resolve issues.
It’s a fantastic environment to learn about providing a safe, secure and engaging building across a wide range of activities and environments.
The post could suit an experienced Facilities co-ordinator looking to step up or an AFM/ FM who is looking for a change of environment and new challenge.
