A World renown charity, which funds research to solve global health challenges, is recruiting an M&E Contracts Manager, initially on 12 month contract.
Based at the charities global HQ in Kings Cross/ Euston, the primary objective is to undertake a full review of their existing technical service contracts; notably the primary provision of M&E and Hard Services via their main service provider.
Specifically, the role will involve:
• Review their hard FM contract
• Ensure the asset register is up to date in advance of retendering of contract next year
• Assist with M&E lifecycle project management
• Assist with technical knowhow within the wider FM team
Described by the hiring manager as an ‘internal M&E consultant’ there will be no team to manage directly. Rather the M&E contract manager will be able to oversee the contract and provide technical advice and expertise to the wider FM team.
There will be plenty of opportunities for home/ hybrid working.
We are ideally seeking someone who is:
Experienced on both end user and service provider sides of the FM/ Service Provider relationship
Experienced in a similar cultural setting - be that media, charity, big tech, etc
Minimum Higher National Diploma in Building Services/ Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Recognised H&S qualification (IOSH / NEBOSH).
Additional experience of small works / remedial project delivery (either from end user or service provider perspective) would be advantageous.
In return we are looking to offer a competitive salary (c£54k pro rata plus corporate benefits) for a six to twelve month fixed term contract. Our client will consider strong candidates with higher salary expectations and contractors on day rates.
If you would like to be considered please apply with CV and cover note.
