Catch 22 are working with a high-end residential property management company looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to work in a new exclusive and up-market residential complex at Canary Wharf, London.
Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Manager:
- Lead the onsite maintenance team
- Oversea PPM’s – completing and recording on company systems
- Oversea risk assessments such as FRA, GRA and LRA
- Oversea the in-house maintenance actions including painting, decorating and other tasks
- A key team member in managing major contracts such as M&E and lift’s, including team members that are based on site as part of these contracts
- Take ownership for in apartment maintenance routines ensuring they are completed efficiently and with the customer experience in mind
- Oversea the waste management
- Assist with responses to serious/major incidents both in and out of hours
- Undertake maintenance tasks not limited to but including – bin movements, refuse chute/area maintenance, light bulb replacement, painting, decorating, plaster repairs, minor internal and external maintenance repairs
- Supervising third party contractors working on site, reviewing RAMs and issuing permits to work as required
Qualifications, skills & experience:
- Technical background in M&E services with good technical knowledge (relevant qualifications is a plus)
- Experience of working on large sites
- Demonstrates excellence in customer service
- Strong listening and collaboration skills
- Experience managing a team and developing good working relationship
- Experience in managing high end clients and large contracts
