Our client, a global leader in medical research, is recruiting a Senior Facilities Manager for their Global Head Office in central London.

You will lead on the strategic direction of FM provision and hold responsibility for the development of a large, operational, in-house FM team as well as hard and soft FM contractors.
You will quickly establish customer relationships and evolve the strategic development and delivery FM services.
There will be opportunities for further career advancement within a couple of years.
We are offering a salary of £72.8k although there may be some flexibility to around £75k. There is also a full benefits package, including an exceptional pension scheme with 15% employer contributions (with an option to take 10% as salary enhancement).
My client is also looking for applications from FM consultants on an interim/ day rate basis.
