Our client, one of the world's leading property organisations, is recruiting a Regional Facilities Manager to manage a mixed portfolio across Yorkshire. The role covers both hard and soft services with the key areas of responsibility being Tenant liaison, compliance, health & safety and contractor management. You will have an IOSH Managing Safely certificate, a good understanding of statutory requirements, tenant requirements and strong communication skills.

In return our client is offering a salary up to £37,500 plus benefits.
